Spring Training hasn't even started, and already Bob Boone is over-managing. He's actually going to employ the idea of Adam Dunn batting leadoff for the Reds in 2003.
Boone has various reasons for thinking this might work, but it's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. And in Boone's tenure as Reds' manager, there have been a lot of dumb things said.
The Reds have a chance to do something this year, but once again the head guy in the dugout will do his best to wreck the train. Only this time it may be before the season even begins.
